COMMUNITY BASED EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTS FOR JOB ACQUISITION AND COMPETITIVE JOB RETENTION WITHIN COMMUNITY BUSINESSES. SUBASSEMBLY WORK PERFORMED BY PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.
