STRENGTHEN - DRMA STRENGTHENS OUR MEMBERS BY FOSTERING INNOVATION, PARTNERSHIPS, AND CONNECTIVITY WHILE GROWING THE INDUSTRY THROUGH WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND BUSINESS TOOLS, INCLUDING: CONDUCTING THE ANNUAL WAGE & BENEFIT SURVEY; OFFERING LEGAL SERVICES, OSHA TRAINING, AND WORKERS COMP DISCOUNT PROGRAMS; SENDING 18 BUSINESS LEAD EMAILS; FOSTERING PARTICIPATION OF MEMBERS' YOUNGER EMPLOYEES VIA OUR ASSOCIATE BOARD; AND OFFERING A MEMBERS-ONLY LINKED IN GROUP FOR THE SHARING OF CHALLENGES, SOLUTIONS, AND BEST PRACTICES.
