THE LWVCA PROVIDES GOVERNMENT, VOTING, AND ELECTION INFORMATION ONLINE AT WWW.LWVCINCINNATI.ORG AND VOTE411.ORG. THE LWVCA ENCOURAGES INFORMED AND ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN GOVERNMENT. IT AIMS TO INFLUENCE PUBLIC POLICY THROUGH EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY OF POSITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THOROUGH STUDY AND DISCUSSION. LWVCA VOLUNTEERS VISIT CLASSROOMS AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS; APPEAR ON RADIO, TELEVISION AND SOCIAL MEDIA; PROVIDE SPEAKERS AND INFORMATION ABOUT BALLOT ISSUES; AND PROVIDE FORUMS FOR CANDIDATES AND BALLOT ISSUES OR ISSUES OF COMMUNITY INTEREST. LWVCA MEMBERS ATTEND NATURALIZATION CEREMONIES AND FACILITATE VOTER REGISTRATION EVENTS.
