FRIENDSHIP NIGHT- FRIDAY EVENINGS WHERE SPECIAL NEEDS ADULTS DINE TOGETHER, MAKE A CRAFT, SING AND LISTEN TO MOTIVATIONAL STORIES. MONTHLY EVENTS HELD ON THE FIRST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH. AVERAGE OF 4 VOLUNTEERS PER EVENT FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS. THE AVERAGE COUNT OF SPECIAL NEEDS ADULTS PARTICIPATING WERE 5-10. EIGHT EVENTS WERE HELD IN 2021.


FRIENDSHIP HOUSE-DAY PROGRAM FOR SPECIAL NEEDS ADULTS TO LEARN LIFE SKILLS, PERFORM SERVICES FOR OTHERS AND LEARN TO PRODUCE, MARKET AND SELL PRODUCTS TO SUPPORT THEIR PROGRAM. PROGRAM BEGAN JAN 1, 2021 WITH 5 SPECIAL NEEDS ADULTS, 1 FULL TIME EMPLOYEE AND 1 FULL TIME VOLUNTEER. WE ADDED AN ADDITIONAL FULL TIME EMPLOYEE IN AUG 2021. THERE ARE 9 SPECIAL NEEDS ADULTS PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AS OF 12/31/2021.
