SOCIAL ENTERPRISE INSTITUTE OF USA ACTS AS AN ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND TECHNICAL ADVISOR, PRIMARILY FOCUSING ON HELPING NONPROFITS BUILD OR ACQUIRE FOR-PROFIT SUBSIDIARIES TO INCREASE PROGRAM SERVICE REVENUE FUNDING SOURCE. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL ADVISING SERVICES THROUGH ITS WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY, THE SOCIAL IMPACT FUNDING BENEFIT CORPORATION (SIFB).
