TRANSFORMING EDUCATION INCORPORATED "THE HEARTH ROOM" IN JANUARY, 2022 AS A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY. THE HEARTH ROOM WILL OPEN A NEW MONTESSORI SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN AGES 2 1/2 THROUGH 12. THE NEW SCHOOL WILL OPEN IN SEPTEMBER, 2022.
