THE ASSOCIATION TRIES TO PROMOTE CULTURAL AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING, GOOD SCHOLARSHIP, CITIZENSHIP AND SPORTSMANSHIP. UNFORTUTNATELY, THE HD YOUTH SPORTS ASSOCIATION SUSPENDED OPERATIONS IN EARLY 2020 DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. UNDER STATE GUIDELINE, THE ACTIVITIES OF THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED TO BE IMPACTED AS SPORTING ACTIVITIES WITH CHILDREN WERE NOT ALLOWED OR SEVERELY RESTRICTED. FOR 2022, THE COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS CONTINUED TO IMPACT THE ORGANIZATION AS SCHOOL FACILITIES USED BY THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED TO REMAIN CLOSED FOR NON-SCHOOL ACTIVITES. ACTIVITIES BEGAN AGAIN IN 2023.
