THE COMPANY HAS CONSTRUCTED HOUSING UTILIZING FUNDS PROVIDED BY A CAPITAL ADVANCE UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE HOUSING ACT OF 1959, AS AMENDED. THE CAPITAL ADVANCE REQUIREMENTS ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS AND REGULATIONS OF THE ACT.
