THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO DEVELOP COMPETITIVE YOUTH SOCCER IN THE TAHOE-TRUCKEE REGION.

THE SIERRA MOUNTAIN SOCCER CLUB HAS EFFECTIVELY ENCOURAGED AND POSITIVELY INFLUENCED THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETITIVE YOUTH SOCCER IN THE TAHOE-TRUCKEE REGION. THE PROGRAM WILL HAVE 275 PLAYERS IN THE FALL AND WILL HAVE APPROXIMATELY 300 PLAYERS IN THE SPRING FROM THE TAHOE-TRUCKEE AND RENO AREA. THE COACHING STAFF INCLUDES 5 PAID INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE CERTIFIED AT THE B, C, D AND GRASSROOTS TRAINING LEVELS. ABSENT COVID-19, THE CLUB ANNUALLY PLANS TO HOSTS ONE SOCCER TOURNAMENT. THIS TOURNAMENT BRINGS OVER 10,000 ATTENDEES TO THE COMMUNITY DURING SEPTEMBER 2022.
