COLLABORATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND UNIVERSITIES TO ENABLE A COLLECTIVE IMPACT OF COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT WITHIN THE ISSUE OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING.
