REACHING UP MINISTRIES CREATED BRIDGES OF ACTION TO SUPPORT THE UNDERSERVED AND TO STRENGTHEN THE COMMUNITY. REACHING UP MINISTRIES DISCOVERED THAT IN ORDER TO SUPPORT AND EDUCATE YOUTH, THE WELLNESS OF THE ENTIRE FAMILY MUST BE CONSIDERED AND SUPPORTED. REACHING UP MINISTRIES HAS BEEN ABLE TO ACHIEVE THIS BY CREATING INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS THAT ADDRESS GAPS AND UNMET NEEDS THAT FAMILIES HAVE IN THE COMMUNITY. IT THEN FORMED COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS WITH PROFESSIONALS, SCHOOLS, OTHER FAITH-BASED ORGANIZATIONS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS TO ASSIST IN ADDRESSING THE IDENTIFIED NEEDS, SO IT CAN ENSURE THAT EACH FAMILY HAS ACCESS TO QUALITY SUPPORT AND SERVICES. THROUGH THOSE PROGRAMS AND PARTNERSHIPS, REACHING UP MINISTRIES AFFIRMS THAT EACH YOUTH HAS TOOLS IN ORDER TO SUCCEED.
