MEMBERSHIP DUES WERE COLLECTED FROM THE 6 AREAS THAT ARE GOVERNED AND A REFEREE RELIEF FUND WAS STARTED TO HELP THOSE FELLOW MEMBERS WHO HAVE A MAJOR MEDICAL OCCURANCE AND CANNOT AFFORD THE MEDICAL EXPENSES. ALL PAID MEMBERS RECEIVE TRAINING ON A YEARLY BASIS NOT LIMITED TO REFEREE RECERTIFICATION. EXPENSES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO 50% OF THE PAYING DUES THAT WERE REDISTRIBUTED TO THE PROPER AREA, LIABILITY INSURANCE, MENTORING FEES, BANK SERVICE CHARGES, AND LEGAL FEES.
