THE MAJOR FOCUS OF THE WORKS WAS A DATA ANALYSIS, RESEARCH AND PUBLIC INPUT PROCESS CALLED SCENARIO PLANNING. THIS INCLUDED FISCAL AND OTHER DATA ANALYSIS FOLLOWING TREND AND ALTNERATE FUTURE DEVELOPMENT. THIS WAS PARTENRED WITH A SERIES OF PUBLIC OPINION/INFORMATION GATHERING SESSIONS, ONLINE INPUT SOLICITATION ON THE SCENARIOS, PREFERENCES AND GOALS, AND OTHER FEEDBACK GATHERING. ADDITIONALLY A SERIES OF PRODUCTS WERE DEVELOPED TO SUPPORT THE VISIONING. THESE PRODUCTS INCLUDE A DASHBOARD OF INDICATORS TO MEASURE SUCCESS, POLICY RECOMMENDATION TO CARRY OUT THE VISION, A LISTING OF BEST PRACTICES AND TOOLKIT OF ACTIONS AND A COMPLETE SET OF PILOTS. THE REGIONAL ANALYSIS OF IMPEDIMENTS TO FAIR HOUSING WAS ISSUED. A COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS OF FAIR HOUSING ISSUES AND CHALLENGES IN THE REGION.
