ICHTHUS INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES EXISTS TO HELP SUPPORT FINANCIALLY AND OFFER ACCOUNTABILITY TO YOUTH WITH A MISSION (YWAM) INDORE INDIA MINISTRY SO THEY CAN ACCOMPLISH THEIR VISION OF COMMUNAL TRANSFORMATION THROUGH THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS:CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (CDP), COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT AND CAPACITY BUILDING PROJECT (CFCT), AND SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS FOR STUDENTS.DONATIONS RECEIVED, LESS 1%, GO TO YWAM INDIA INTL EARMARKED FOR YWAM INDORE. ANY DESIGNATED DONATION IS COMMUNICATED TO THE MINISTRY DIRECTOR OF YWAM INDORE AND USED IN THEIR BEST ABILITY FOR THE INTENDED PROJECT. WE RECEIVE A YEARLY REPORT FROM THE CHIEF FUNCTIONARY YWAM INTL. IT IS ALSO OUR GOAL TO HAVE ONE OR MORE MEMBERS OF OUR BOARD VISIT THE MINISTRY IN INDIA IN ORDER TO STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS.

THREE PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS: 1) CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (CDP): CDP HELPS CHILDREN LIVING IN THE SLUMS, LEPROSY COLONIES AND STREET AND PROVIDE VOCATIONAL SKILLS AND EDUCATION. NUMBER OF BENEFICIARIES THROUGH THIS PROGRAM: 760 CHILDREN. CDP MAINLY AIMS TO PROVIDE HOUSING TO THE DISADVANTAGED AND DESTITUTE CHILDREN THROUGH SHELTER & SPIRITUAL ACTIVITIES AND STARTING SCHOOLS IN STRATEGIC LOCATIONS.2) COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT & CAPACITY BUILDING PROJECT (CFCT): A NON FORMAL TRAINING PROGRAM THAT TEACHES ABOUT SIMPLE LIVING AND DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP SKILLS WITH BIBLICAL VALUES. CFCT CONDUCTS SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS, CAMPUS TRAINING PROGRAMS, RESEARCHES EFFECTIVE METHODS TO IMPROVE TEACHING AND COMMUNICATIONS.3) SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR NEEDY STUDENTS: TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED CDP FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PURSUE HIGHER EDUCATION IN FIELDS LIKE, MEDICINE,LAW, ETC.
