TIRZAH INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS WITH A NETWORK OF GLOBAL FEMALE LEADERS TO CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN TO DISCOVER THEIR GOD-GIVEN POTENTIAL THROUGH MICRO-ENTERPRISE, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, AND LOCAL SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVES.

THE GREATEST NEED PROGRAM ENCOMPASSES THE INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT THE OVERALL MISSION OF TIRZAH TO CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN TO RISE AND DISCOVER THEIR POTENTIAL. THE CORE INITIATIVES THAT SUPPORT THIS MISSION AND RECEIVE FUNDING ARE MICROENTERPRISE, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, AND LOCAL SUSTAINABILITY. FUNDING FOR THESE PROGRAMS IS DETERMINED THROUGH LONG TERM PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL FEMALE LEADERS WHO KNOW BEST HOW TO CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN TO RISE FROM MARGINALIZATION INTO LEADERSHIP AND EMPOWERMENT.


OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDE SPECIAL MINISTRY PROGRAMS, AND SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVES.


THE MICRO-ENTERPRISE PROGRAM CREATES OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN TO DISCOVER THEIR GOD-GIVEN POTENTIAL WITH HOLISTIC TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR MARGINALIZED WOMEN TO LEARN HOW TO START AND LAUNCH A MICRO-BUSINESS. THE PROGRAM MAY INCLUDE TRAINING, HEALTH CHECK-UPS, FOOD ASSISTANCE, COUNSELING, EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN, AND RENT ASSISTANCE IN ADDITION TO THE ACCESS TO SMALL LOANS AND GROUPS SAVINGS WHERE APPLICABLE. MICRO-ENTERPRISE IS ONE OF TIRZAH'S CORE INITIATIVES.


THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM BRINGS MENTORS AND YOUNG EMERGING LEADERS TOGETHER TO DEVELOP LEADERSHIP SKILLS FROM A CHRISTIAN CONTEXT TO BUILD UP THEIR COMMUNITIES, NATIONS, AND REGIONS. THIS IS A FAITH-BASED LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM USING MENTORSHIP, INDIVIDUAL STUDY, WEEKLY DEVOTIONS, MONTHLY COHORT DISCUSSIONS, & PERSONAL APPLICATION WITH ACTION STEPS FOR THE HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT OF EACH PARTICIPANT.
