EXPERIMENTING: APPLYING CATALYTIC THINKING TO SYSTEMS CHANGE: IN 2022, OUR DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS WERE THE RESULT OF OUR SUCCESSION PLANNING DISCUSSIONS IN 2021, AS WELL AS THE FINDINGS OF OUR RESEARCH RE: THE NEED FOR SYSTEMS CHANGE WITHIN SOCIAL CHANGE ORGANIZATIONS - FINDINGS THAT WERE DOCUMENTED BY NONPROFIT QUARTERLY EARLY IN THE YEAR. THE RESULT IN 2022 WAS A MASSIVE EXPERIMENT IN DEMOCRATIZING ORGANIZATIONAL DECISIONS-MAKING, FACILITATING OUR COMMUNITY TO DECIDE WHAT'S NEXT FOR OUR WORK.
