THE PURPOSE AND GOAL OF HOPE, INC. IS TO ASSIST LOCAL NOT FOR PROFIT AND GOVERNMENT ANIMAL WELFARE GROUPS IN THEIR ONGOING EFFORT TO CURB THE NUMBER OF UNPLANNED AND UNWANTED PET LITTERS IN OUR AREA. HOPE INC. ASSISTS IN EXISTING EFFORTS TO CURB PET OVERPOPULATION BY PROVIDING LOW COST SPAY AND NEUTERS, PROMOTE UNDERSTANDING OF PROBLEMS WITH PET OVERPOPULATION, PROMOTE KINDNESS TO ANIMALS, PREVENT CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ARISING FROM OVERPOPULATION, EDUCATE THE PUBLIC REGARDING PROBLEMS RESULTING FROM PET OVERPOPULATION BY REDUCING THE NUMBERS OF UNWANTED DOGS AND CATS THROUGH SPAY AND NEUTERING.

PROMOTE AND PROVIDE A LOW COST SPAY & NEUTER CLINIC FOR PETS IN THE LEAVENWORTH COUNTY AREA.


PROVIDE AN ADOPTION FACILITY DEDICATED TO SAVING CATS AND DOGS THAT WERE OR ARE PRESENTLY IN SHELTERS THAT COULD POTENTIALLY BE EUTHANIZED. IN 2019, HOPE INC. OPENED THE HOPE PET RESCUE. THE RESCUE IS A SHELTER/ADOPTION AGENCY THAT HOUSES HOMELESS PETS THAT HAVE BEEN ABANDONED OR LOST. THE RESCUE IS A NO-KILL SHELTER WITH THE GOAL TO FIND PETS A SAFE, LOVING, PERMANENT HOME.
