COMMUNITY ENTERPRISES' MISSION IS TO FACILITATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL/DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO LIVE AND WORK IN THE COMMUNITY AND TO SUPPORT THEM AS THEY BECOME MORE INCLUDED, PRODUCTIVE, SELF-SUFFICIENT, CONNECTED WITH OTHERS, AND EXPERIENCE SELF FULFILLMENT.

Part 3 - Line 4a

ENRICHING COMMUNITY LIFE, LEISURE OPTIONS - PROVIDES CLASSES AND COMMUNITY OUTINGS FOR ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. ADULTS ATTENDING COMMUNITY ENTERPRISES HAVE CHOICES IN WHAT ACTIVITIES, OUTINGS, AND FUNCTIONS THEY WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN ON A DAILY BASIS. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE PROVISION OF COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORTS, SKILL BUILDING ASSISTANCE, WORK ACTIVITY, SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT, AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.


TRANSPORTATION - TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATING IN CE PROGRAMS. CE IS REIMBURSED BASED ON A PERCENTAGE FROM BWATC.


OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES - PROVIDES HOT LUNCH AND CONCESSION SUPPLIES TO CONSUMERS.
