TRAINING, ADVICE AND ENCOURAGEMENT TO JEWISH YOUTHS AND YOUNG ADULTSSEEKING TO OBTAIN OR INCREASE THE LEVEL OF THEIR RELIGIOUS OBSERVANCEAND THEIR INTEGRATION INTO THE JEWISH RELIGIOUSLY OBSERVANT COMMUNITY.

Part 3 - Line 4a

ENGAGING RABBINICAL LEADERS TO SERVE AS ROLE MODELS AND ADVISORS FOR YOUNG ADULTS BETWEEN THE APPROXIMATE AGES OF 17 AND 30. EACH RABBI WILL BE ASSIGNED TO A GROUP OF BETWEEN FIVE AND TEN YOUNG ADULTS. THE RABBIS WILL MAINTAIN CONNECTION WITH THEIR GROUP THROUGH WEEKLY CONTACT BY PHONE, E-MAIL AND IN ONE-TO-ONE AND PERSONAL MEETINGS. THE RABBINICAL LEADERS WILL ALSO SCHEDULE GROUP GATHERINGS ON AT LEAST A BIMONTHLY BASIS.
