THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES CLINICAL CORRELATIONS LECTURES & HANDS-ON WORKSHOPS, AN 8 WEEK SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM ANNUALLY, STRATEGIC MENTORING, AND HOSTS SEVERAL WEBINARS. THESE PROGRAMS SUPPORT THOSE WHO ARE UNDERREPRESENTED IN MEDICINE AND PROVIDE CRITICAL INFORMATION, TOOLS, AND RESOURCES TO ENABLE "NTH SCHOLARS" TO BE EXCELLENCE PERSONIFIED AS LEADERS, SCHOLARS, AND PHYSICIANS IN SERVICE TO ALL COMMUNITIES. THE ORGANIZATION HAD 42 STUDENTS COMPLETE THE SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM IN 2021.
