THE CLUB'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND NURTURING ENVIRONMENT FOR PLANO WEST YOUTH LACROSSE PLAYERS AND PROVIDE A COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS TO COMPETE AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF OF LACROSSE, THROUGH VIRTUES OF TEAM SPIRIT, HEALTHY COMPETITION, AND SPORTMANSHIP.

TO ALLOW EACH TEAM AND PLAYER TO COMPETE AT THE HIGHTEST LEVEL OF COMPETITION, PLANO WEST LACROSSE CLUB HIRES COACHES, SUPPLIES UNIFORMS AND PLAYING FIELDS, AND ENTERS COMPETITIONS AND TOURNAMENTS.
TO PROVIDE A POSITIVE, ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS WHILE TAKING A LEADERSHIP POSITION WITH THE PLAYERS, PARENTS, COACHES AND BROADER LACROSSE COMMUNITY IN NORTH TEXAS, AND TO PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF THE GAME, PLANO WEST LACROSSE CLUB HOSTS A BANQUET, TEAM BUILDING EVENTS, AND A SENIOR NIGHT TO HONOR STUDENT ATHLETES.
TO INCREASE THE VISABILITY OF LACROSSE AS A SPORT, THE PLANO WEST LACROSSE CLUB HOLDS AN ALUMNI GAME EACH YEAR AND SPONSORS CLINICS FOR PLAYERS, ADDITIONALLY THE ORGANIZATION HOSTS A WEBSITE AND DISPLAYES BANNERS AND PROGRAMS AT LACROSSE EVENTS.
