USTRIVE DEMOCRATIZES ACCESS TO SOCIAL CAPITAL SO THAT INDIVIDUALS CAN ACHIEVE THEIR COLLEGE AND CAREER DREAMS. WE DO THIS BY CONNECTING MENTEES TO MENTORS THROUGH OUR VIRTUAL MENTORING PLATFORM AND PROVIDING OTHER RESOURCES TO SUPPORT LEARNERS ON THEIR COLLEGE AND CAREER JOURNEYS.

UP TO 92% OF USTRIVE STUDENTS AT FOUR-YEAR COLLEGES OR UNIVERSITIES PERSIST TO THE NEXT YEAR, AND 73% OF THOSE AT TWO-YEAR INSTITUTIONS DO SO.
