Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

Part 3 - Line 4a

LIFE & SOCIAL SKILLS - IN 2021, DUE TO THE PANDEMIC OUR MEMBERS USE OF THE HUB WAS LIMITED TO OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: PICK-UP LOCATION FOR ART CRAFT KITS, PARTIES, OUTDOOR FITNESS CLASSES, AND TO HOST ZOOM CLASSES. PRIOR TO THE PANDEMIC, THE HUB WAS USED AS A SAFE GATHERING SPACE FOR MEMBERS TO INTERACT, DEVELOPING THEIR SOCIAL & LIFE SKILLS.

ARTISTIC EXPRESSION - THIS PROGRAM OFFERS WEEKLY ART CLASSES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AND SEVERAL SUMMER EVENTS: STORYTELLING CAMP, SILENT FILM PROJECT, MUSIC CAMP, MONTHLY KID'S ART PROJECTS.

HEALTH & WELLNESS - THIS PROGRAM CONSISTS OF FITNESS SESSIONS, MARTIAL ARTS SESSIONS, OUTDOOR ADVENTURES, AND A GARDEN & FARM CLUB. MEMBERS' FAMILIES ALSO BENEFIT FROM MANY OF OUR OUTDOOR ADVENTURE EVENTS (SNOWSHOEING, KAYAKING, HIKING, ICE FISHING, MUCKING, SLEDDING, AND KIDS PARK PLAYDATES.

THE "HUB" IS USED TO HOLD MEMBER EVENTS, OFFICE SPACE, CREATE ART KITS, AND STORE OUR SUPPLIES. LAST YEAR, APPROXIMATELY 160 INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES ATTENDED ONE OR MORE VFC EVENTS. WE HELD A TOTAL OF 380 EVENTS AND HAD 10-15 ATTENDEES PER EVENT. WE ALSO HELD TWO SUMMER PARTIES WITH 25 -30 MEMBERS ATTENDING AND OUR BIG "HALLOWEEN TRUNK OR TREAT" PARTY WITH 75 MEMBERS ATTENDING. FREQUENTLY, PARENTS AND/OR SIBLINGS ALSO ATTEND THESE EVENTS. IT'S ESTIMATED THAT 300 INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS ARE PARTICIPATING IN OUR EVENTS AS WELL AS PARENT GET- TOGETHERS AND WORKSHOPS.
