THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED TARGETED TRAINING TO HEALTHCARE AND SOCIAL SERVICES PROFESSIONALS WHO HAVE A HIGH LIKELIHOOD OF ENCOUNTERING VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING. THROUGH THEIR PRIMARY YOUTH PREVENTION PROGRAM, THE HEART TOUR, THE ORG. PARTNERS WITH LOCAL YOUTH MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS TO PROVIDE PREVENTION EVENTS AND TO RESOURCES FOR TEEN IN THEIR PROGRAMS. AFTER CARE EFFORTS CONSIST OF PROVIDING VICTIMS WITH NECESSARY TOILETRIES AND PERSONAL CARE ITEMS, INTERVENTION RESOURCES THROUGH A TEAM OF COUNSELORS, THERAPISTS AND SOCIAL WORKERS, AND THE NEW ROSE HOME RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY.
