JUMP IN NW IS COMMITTED TO ESTABLISHING AND ENVIRONMENT OF WORSHIP AND PRAISE WITH THE GOAL OF BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN DESIRING GOD AND KNOWING HIM AND HIS SON, CHRIST JESUS, THROUGH MEETINGS,TRAINING AND INTERNSHIPS, AND UTILIZATION OF THE CONFERENCE CENTER.

A. COMMUNITY MEETINGS JUMP IN STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS CONDUCT CHRISTIAN YOUTH AND ADULT MEETINGS WHICH INCLUDE LEADING PEOPLE IN WORSHIP, PRAYER, AND TEACHING AT CANBY GROVE CHRISTIAN CENTER LOCATED IN CANBY, OREGON AS WELL AS IN THE PORTLAND METROPOLITAN COMMUNITY IN HOMES AND CHURCHES.JUMP IN SPENDS APPROXIMATELY 45% OF ITS TIME CONDUCTING THESE RELIGIOUS COMMUNITY MEETINGS, THE HOUSE OF PRAYER MEETINGS DESCRIBED IN PARAGRAPH B. BELOW AND THE INTERN TRAININGS DESCRIBED IN PARAGRAPH C. BELOW. THESE MEETINGS ARE FUNDED BY DONATIONS. B. HOUSE OF PRAYER: JUMP IN STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS HOST OVER TEN PRAYER MEETINGS PER WEEK IN A SPECIALLY DESIGNATED BUILDING ON THE CANBY GROVE CHRISTIAN CENTER GROUNDS CALLED THE "HOUSE OF PRAYER". THE PRAYER MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE INTERNS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS AND GENERAL PUBLIC. THERE ARE ALSO PRAYER MEETINGS CURRENTLY CONDUCTED IN VARIOUS COMMUNITY LOCATIONS IN THE PORTLAND METROPOLITAN AREA. THESE MEETINGS ARE FUNDED BY DONATIONS. C. TRAINING AND INTERNSHIPS: JUMP IN STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS TRAIN COLLEGE-AGE STUDENTS TO LEAD MEETINGS DESCRIBED IN PARAGRAPHS A. AND B. ABOVE. THE TRAININGS ARE HELD AT CANBY GROVE CONFERENCE CENTER AND ARE FUNDED BY FEES PAID BY THE STUDENTS TO ATTEND THE TRAININGS. D. CONFERENCE CENTER: JUMP IN LEASES THE CANBY GROVE CONFERENCE CENTER LOCATED AT 7501 KNIGHTS BRIDGE ROAD, CANBY, OREGON FROM MANTIS PROPERTIES, LLC. THE CONFERENCE CENTER IS STAFFED BY BOTH PAID EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS. JUMP IN RENTS OUT THE CONFERENCE CENTER FOR RETREATS AND CONFERENCES TO CHURCHES AND RELIGIOUS GROUPS. THE CONFERENCE CENTER FACILITIES CAN BE RENTED ANY TIME DURING THE YEAR, EXCLUDING TIMES WHEN JUMP IN IS CONDUCTING ITS YOUTH CAMP PROGRAM. JUMP IN SPENDS APPROXIMATELY 40% OF ITS TIME MANAGING AND OPERATING THE CONFERENCE CENTER. THE LEASE PAYMENTS AND STAFF SALARIES ARE FUNDED BY CONFERENCE RENTAL FEES AND DONATIONS. E. YOUTH CAMPS: JUMP IN CONDUCTS AN ANNUAL CHRISTIAN YOUTH CAMP AT CANBY GROVE CONFERENCE CENTER. THE YOUTH CAMP MAY HAVE UP TO 300 CHILDREN IN ATTENDANCE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 6 AND 16, AND IT RUNS FOR FOUR NIGHTS AND FIVE DAYS. JUMP IN SPENDS APPROXIMATELY 5% OF ITS TIME CONDUCTING THE ANNUAL YOUTH CAMP. THE YOUTH CAMP IS FUNDED BY THE CAMP FEES PAID BY THE ATTENDEES AND DONATIONS. THEY ALSO RAN DAY CAMPS DURING THE YEAR WITH ANOTHER 400 CHILDREN FOR THE SUMMER. F. CONSULTING: JUMP IN CONSULTS WITH RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS AND CHURCHES REGARDING MINISTRY PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH. JUMP IN SPENDS APPROXIMATELY 5% OF ITS TIME CONSULTING. ANY EXPENSES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE CONSULTING (I.E. TRAVEL, MEALS, ETC.) ARE FUNDED BY DONATIONS.
