CAREER DEVELOPMENT: GLOBALWIN PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES AND SUPPORT FOR WOMEN, BOTH ENTERING INTO AND ADVANCING WITHIN INNOVATION FIELDS, THROUGH CONTINUING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND MENTORING PROGRAMS.3.
