THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED DONATED VEHICLES, REPAIRED THESE VEHICLES TO ENSURE THAT THEY WERE IN GOOD OPERATING CONDITION AND PLACED THE VEHICLES WITH LOW-INCOME WAGE EARNERS REFERRED BY PARTNER AGENCIES AT SUBSTANTIALLY LOWER THAN MARKET PRICES. VEHICLES NOT APPROPRIATE FOR PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS WERE SOLD TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT FAIR MARKET VALUE. IN 2023, THE TOTAL NUMBER OF VEHICLES SOLD WAS 116.
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED REDUCED COST REPAIR SERVICES FOR QUALIFIED LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHOSE INCOME IS AT OR BELOW 250% OF FEDERAL POVERTY GUIDELINES BASED ON HOUSEHOLD SIZE AND/OR WELFARE BENEFITS.
