HARNESSING THE COLLECTIVE EFFORTS OF KEY STAKEHOLDERS FROM ALL SECTORS OF THE ENERGY VALUE CHAIN IN THE STATE OF NY TO IMPLEMENT AN ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEM THAT IS EFFICIENT, EFFECTIVE, SECURE AND RELIABLE. THE CONSORTIUM ALSO HAS A GOAL TO ESTABLISH AN ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEM WHICH WILL REDUCE ENERGY COSTS AND CONSUMPTION WITH NYS ALSO FACILITATING RENEWAL ENERGY RESOURCES.
