TO PROVIDE YOUNG LADIES OF SEYMOUR, CONNECTICUT THE SKILLS TO COMPETE AT A HIGH LEVEL OF FAST PITCH SOFTBALL. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES SKILLS SUCH AS TEAMWORK, LEADERSHIP, COMPETITIVENESS, AND DISCIPLINE WITHIN A STRUCTURED, CHALLENGING, FUN, AND REWARDING ENVIRONMENT.

USING PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE HEALTHFUL ACTIVITIES THAT MAINTAIN CONSISTENT TRAINING METHODOLOGIES AND THAT ENCOURAGE SERVICE TO, AND SUPPORT FOR, THE SEYMOUR COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE. THE ORGANIZATION WILL STRIVE TO IMPROVE THE SKILL LEVEL AND COMMUNITY SPIRIT OF THE MEMBERS OF OUR TRADITION PROGRAM.
