OGDEN VALLEY ADAPTIVE SPORTS PROVIDED 169 INSTRUCTIONAL LESSONS IN SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING TO STUDENTS OF ALL AGES WITH ADAPTIVE NEEDS. IN A SURVEY SENT TO PARTICIPANTS OF OUR 20-21 WINTER SEASON, RESPONDENTS REPORTS INCREASED CONFIDENCE (73%), IMPROVED SELF-ESTEEM (73%), IMPROVED OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE (80%), AND INCREASED MOTIVATION TO BE ACTIVE (73%). THE MAJORITY OF RESPONDENTS STATED THEY BUILT STRONGER RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND PEERS AND IMPROVED THEIR COMMUNICATION AND SOCIAL SKILLS AS A RESULT OF PROGRAM ENGAGEMENT.
