THE PROGRAM NAME IS INDICATIVE OF THE DIRECTION WE HOPE THESE INDIVIDUALS, THAT WE WOULD HELP GIVE THEM A LEG UP SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE OUT IT OUT THERE ON THEIR OWN.
