FOSTER THE INTERDISCIPLINARY SOCIAL SCIENTIFIC UNDERSTANDING OF THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN HUMANS AND NATURAL RESOURCES;2. FURTHER THE APPLICATION OF SOCIAL SCIENCE INFORMATION IN NATURAL RESOURCE DECISION-MAKING; AND3. PROVIDE MECHANISMS (E.G., ANNUAL MEETING, SCHOLARLY JOURNAL) WHEREBY SOCIAL SCIENTISTS, RESOURCE MANAGERS, PRACTITIONERS, AGENCY PERSONNEL, AND DECISION MAKERS CAN GENERATE DIALOGUE AND USEFUL EXCHANGE OF IDEAS.

HIGHLIGHT THE ACTIVITIES OF THE ORGANIZATION AND ALLOW MEMBERS TO INTERACT, NETWORK, AND DISCUSS CURRENT ISSUES. REVENUES LISTED HERE INCLUDE $38,374 OF MEMBERSHIP DUES.
