KILLEEN SISTER CITIES OSAN KOREA IS A MEMBER OF SISTER CITIES INTERNATIONAL. KSCOK IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED THROUGH THE JOINT EFFORTS OF THE CITY OF KILLEEN AND THE GREATER KILLEEN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. KSCOK WORKS TO FOSTER AND ENCOURAGE MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING, FRIENDSHIP, AND PEACE THROUGH COMMUNICATION BY CULTURAL, SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND ECONOMIC EXCHANGES BETWEEN PEOPLE OF THE GREATER KILLEEN AREA AND THE PEOPLE OF SIMILAR CITIES OF OTHER NATIONS. INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS OFFER A FORUM FOR THE EXCHANGE OF CULTURE, IDEAS, INFORMATION, AND COMMERCE. IT ALSO HELPS CREATE AN AURA OF GOODWILL AND COOPERATION BETWEEN CITIES ALL OVER THE WORLD BY SHOWCASING THE GREATER KILLEEN AREA AS AN INTERNATIONAL CITY. INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL AND SPRING EVENT - IN FOLLOWING ITS EXCHANGE MISSION, KILLEEN SISTER CITIES HAS PROVIDED A MEDIUM FOR DISPLAYING AND EXCHANGING CULTURE THROUGH DANCE, MUSIC, CRAFTS, AND FOOD. THE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL AND SPRING EVENT ARE ONE DAY FREE EVENTS AND FEATURE CULTURAL MUSIC AND DANCE PERFORMANCES, ETHNIC CRAFTS AND FOOD FOR SALE, AND A CHILDREN'S ART CONTEST.
