OUR MAIN PROGRAM SERVICE IS THE RAPID RE-HOUSING- RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. IN 2021 WE ASSISTED EIGHTEEN HOUSEHOLDS WITH RENT ASSISTANCE. THE GOALS OF THE PROGRAM ARE AS FOLLOWS: TO TRANSITION MILITARY FAMILIES FROM STREETS SHELTERS AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING INTO A PERMANENT HOUSING. TO ADDRESS STABILITY ISSUES EXPERIENCED BY HOMELESS DISPLACED DISABLED AGING AND POST-INCARCERATED MILITARY VETERANS BY HELPING THEM REMAIN IN PERMANENT HOUSING. TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN ACHIEVING GREATER SELF-DETERMINATION AFTER HOUSING ASSISTANCE
