THE NATIONAL TENNIS FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO IDENTIFY GIFTED CHILDREN WITH UNCOMMON ATHLETIC ABILITY, REGARDLESS OF RACE OR ECONCOMIC MEANS, THAT HAVE A DOCUMENTED FINANCIAL NEED AND PUT THEM ON A PATH TO BECOME TRUE STUDENT ATHELTES.

HIGH PERFORMANCE TENNIS GRANTS: THE NATIONAL TENNIS FOUNDATIN (NTF) MAKES GRANTS TO UNDERSERVED HIGH PERFORMANCE JOUNIOR TENNIS PLAYERS WHO SEEK TO PLAY TENNIS AT THE COLLEGIATE OR PRO LEVEL. GRANTS ARE MADE FOR TENNIS TRAINING, TOURNAMENT TRAVEL, COACHING AND HOUSING. HIGH PERFORMANCE PLAYERS MUST MAINTAIN A TOP RANKING IN COUNTRY, ACHIEVE A 3.3 OR HIGHER GPA IN SCHOOL AND PROVIDE COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THEIR FINANCIAL SUPPORT.


LIFE SKILLS PROGRAM GRANTS: THE NTF WORKS WITH AND MAKES GRANTS TO APPROVED CHAPTER ORGANIZATIONS, AFFILIATED ATP / WTA PLAYER CHARITIES, AND WORTHY TENNIS CENTERED FOUNDATIONS THAT SUPPORT THE NTF ONGOING MISSION OF PROVIDING LIFE SKILLS PROGRAMMING AND MENTORING TO UNDER-SERVED AND "AT RISK" YOUS AGES 8 - 18. NTF SEEKS TO PUT CHILDERN ON A PATH TO BECOME LEADERS, STUDENTS AND ATHLETES WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITY WITH THE END GOAL OF EARNING ACCEPTANCE INTO COLLEGE AND PLAYING TENNIS AT THE COLLEGIATE LEVEL.
