WORKING ADULTS ENHANCE CAREER SKILLS AND ABILITIES, DEVELOP NEW COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPAND THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THE IDEALS OF A DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND CONSULTING SERVICES POSITION GOVERNMENTS AND ORGANIZATIONS TO OPERATE MORE EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY IN REACHING MISSION-CRITICAL GOALS.
