POLICE OFFICER LAISON PROJECT (AKA POLP)AND OUTREACH WITH OCHCA (ORANGE COUNTY HEALTH CARE AGENCY) AND MERCY HOUSE. CTCF PROVIDED 1,156 HRS OF SERVICE AND BASIC NECESSITIES TO 1,150 HOMELESS PERSONS IN 2018 AND HOUSED OR RELOCATED 93 PEOPLE OFF THE STREETS IN ORANGE COUNTY.
YES I CAN PROGRAM - ASSISTS HOMELESS CHILDREN DESIGNATED THROUGH THE 1987 FEDERAL MCKINNEY-VENTO HOMELESS ASSISTANCE ACT WITH BASIC NEEDS, SCHOOL SUPPLIES OR REQUIRED MATERIALS FOR A CLASS OR SPORT AND 120 VOLUNTEER HOURS.
S.A.C.K.- 2018 WE SERVED OVER 1,280 MEALS AND CLOTHING/TOILETRIES TO THE HOMELESS IN PARKS. THIS PROGRAM IS 55% FUNDED THROUGH IN-KIND DONATIONS AND 216 VOLUNTEER HOURS.
