SPRING RUN CHARITABLE FOUNDATION'S MISSIONS IS TO SPONSOR, PROMOTE AND UNDERTAKE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES THAT WILL SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL, HEALTH AND MEDICAL NEEDS OF RESIDENTS OF LEE AND COLLIER COUNTIES, FLORIDA, WITH A PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN; AND TO MAKE GIFTS OR GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS QUALIFIED AS CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE AND THAT ARE ORGANIZED TO SERVE THE EDUCATIONAL, HEALTH AND MEDICAL NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND RESIDENTS OF LEE AND COLLIER COUNTIES, FLORIDA.
