TO IMPROVE THE WORKING CONDITIONS OF POLICE OFFICERS IN TENNESSEE BY VARIOUS MEANS INCLUDING PROVIDING A DEATH BENEFIT. THE FOUNDATION WILL ALSO MAINTAIN THE TN LAW ENFORCEMENT MEMORIAL IN NASHVILLE AND FUND A VEST REPLACEMENT PROGRAM AND OTHER PROGRAMS AS NEEDED.
