TO SUPPORT THE BAND AND ORCHESTRA TRIP TO NEW YORK CITY IN MARCH 2020 FOR PERFORMANCES AT CARNEGIE HALL. FUNDS RECEIVED TOWARDS TRIP AND VENDORS PAID SPAN TWO SCHOOL YEARS. 127 TOTAL STUDENTS, FACULTY AND PARENT CHAPERONES.
TO SUPPORT THE STUDENTS AND FACULTY OF THE MUSIC CONSERVATORY AT BOOKER T WASHINGTON HIGH SCHOOL FOR THE PERFORMING AND VISUAL ARTS BY PROVIDING OR SUPPORTING THE FOLLOWING EVENTS: MEALS BEFORE CONCERTS AND FOR FACULTY MEETINGS, SCHOOL AUDITIONS AND EVENTS,COLLEGE SHOWCASE WEEK, SENIOR DINNER, MASTER CLASSES, PIANO TUNING AND INSTRUMENT REPAIRS, CONCERT EXPENSES, TEACHER WISHLISTS, AND GENERAL MUSIC STUDENT RELATED SUPPORT.
