PUBLIC & SCIENTIFIC AWARENESS, TRAINING, AND RECOGNITION IS PROVIDED THROUGH AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE FEATURING HIGH-QUALITY, EVIDENCE-BASED INFORMATION ON COLOR RELATED ISSUES IN DENTISTRY PRESENTED BY MANY OF THE LEADERS IN THIS FIELD. THE 2022 ANNUAL CONFERENCE FORMAT RETURNED TO THE PHYSICAL MEETING AT THE HYATT NEWPORT BEACH HOTEL IN CALIFORNIA WITH 11 PRESENTERS AND 132 ATTENDEES. NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR RECOGNITION, FUNDING, AND CONTINUING EDUCATION OF LABORATORY TECHNICIANS AND RESEARCHERS ARE PROVIDED THROUGH ANNUAL COMPETITIONS AND AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE IN DENTAL TECHNOLOGY AND RESEARCH RELATED TO COLOR AND APPEARANCE IN ESTHETIC DENTISTRY. PRESENTATIONS BY VARIOUS INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS DURING THE CONFERENCE QUALIFY FOR UP TO 16 HOURS OF CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION FOR ALL ATTENDEES.
