AFFORDABLE HOUSING: NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION, HOME RENOVATION AND SALES. SOLD ONE NOAH DURING 2021. BEGAN AND COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION OF TWO, SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES.


DISASTER RELIEF EMERGENCY HARDSHIPS:DISASTER BASIC RELIEF GRANTS TO GRIER HEIGHTS RESIDENTS TO HELP COVER THE COST OF UNEXPECTED EXPENSES OR PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO HELP RESIDENTS COVER THE COSTS OF ESSENTIAL NEEDS LIKE HOUSING, UTILITIES, FOOD AND CHILDCARE.
