DURING THE YEAR, THE INNOVATION HOUSE PROGRAM WAS ACTIVATED THAT INCLUDES THE RE-DEVELOPMENT OF VACANT BUILDINGS IN BLIGHTED AREAS WITH THE INTENT OF RENTING THEM OUT AT BELOW MARKET RENTS TO COMMUNITY PARTNERS.
