THE INDIANA COUNTIES COMPRISING DISTRICT 2 ARE ELKHART, FULTON, KOSCIUSKO, MARSHALL, PULASKI, STARKE, AND ST. JOSEPH.DISTRICT 2 HOSPITAL EMERGENCY PLANNING COMMITTEE WILL USE FUNDS RECEIVED TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES TO BE USED FOR AND BY ALL OF THE DISTRICT 2 HEALTHCARE ENTITIES TO BETTER RESPOND TO EMERGENCY/DISASTER SITUATIONS.
