THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED PRIMARILY TO 501(C)(3) ENTITIES AS WELL AS US PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES. IT WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE TO FOREIGN ORGANIZATIONS THAT CARRY OUT CHARITABLE PROGRAMS.
