STUDENTS ARE INTRODUCED TO A FUNCTIONAL CURRICULUM THAT FOCUSES ON COMMUNICATION, SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, AND ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING, VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND THE PURSUIT OF HEALTHLY AND ACTIVE LIFESTYLES. THE HARBOR LIGHT CURRICULUM IS INDIVIDUALIZED FOR EACH STUDENT AND PROVIDES MULTIPLE LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS BOTH WITHIN AND BEYOND THE CLASSROOM. WE STRIVE TO HAVE PARENTS, TEACHERS, AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS ACTIVELY INVOLVED WITH STUDENTS' LEARNING. WE CELEBRATE THE PURSUIT OF LIFELONG LEARNING AND ARE COMMITTED TO DEVELOPING THE SKILLS AND CHARACTER NECESSARY TO BE INTEGRAL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.
