THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO PARTNER WITH FEDERAL, STATE AND PRIVATE LAND MANAGERS ACROSS SAN DIEGO COUNTY TO: 1. IMPLEMENT HABITAT RESTORATION PROJECTS ON CONSERVED LANDS; 2. DELIVER ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION AND RECREATION PROGRAMMING TO UNDER-RESOURCED COMMUNITIES IN EAST COUNTY SAN DIEGO, AND 3. CONDUCT ONGOING COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND PUBLIC EDUCATION PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION.
