FORMULAE & FAIRY TALES IS A FULL-LENGTH WORK CASTING THE LIFE OF ALAN TURING, MATHEMATICAL GENIUS AND WORLD WAR II CODEBREAKER AND THE TECHNICOLOR MYTHOLOGY OF HIS FAVORITE FILM, DISNEY'S SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS. AFTER THE WAR, TURING WAS CRIMINALLY PROSECUTED FOR BEING GAY AND FORCED INTO CHEMICAL CASTRATION. IN 1954, HE DIED BY EATING AN APPLE LACED WITH CYANIDE, AN ACT EERILY FORESHADOWED BY SNOW WHITE.THE PRODUCTION PLACES THE COLD, HIGH-STAKES WORLD OF MATHEMATICS, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, AND CRYPTOGRAPHY ALONGSIDE A VIVID, TWISTED FAIRY TALE PALETTE. DANCING THROUGH PARKINSON'S (DTP), CREATED BY INVERTIGO DANCE THEATRE IN 2011, PROVIDES YEAR ROUND DANCE CLASSES FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH PARKINSON'S DISEASE AND THEIR FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND CAREGIVERS. DTP CLASSES ENCOURAGE JOY, COMMUNITY, STRENGTH, BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY AND KEEPING THE MIND ALERT. WALK THE WALK IS A BOLD, NEW HYBRID WORK THAT STRADDLES CONTEMPORARY DANCE, PERFORMANCE ART AND QUEER COMMUNITY THEATRE, OFFERING UP A VIBRANT FUSION OF CHOREOGRAPHY, STORYTELLING AND MEDIA. THEMES OF RENAMING RITUALS, QUEER LABOR, TRANS LINEAGE AND LIBERATION ARE ACTIVATED THROUGH DIMENSIONAL CHOREOGRAPHY AND STORYTELLING GENERATED COLLABORATIVELY BY K.
