TO MANAGE AND MAINTAIN HIDDEN VILLAGE A LOW INCOME MOBILE HOME RESIDENTAL PROPERTY SERVING TENANTS HAVING A HOUSEHOLD MEDIAN INCOME NOT GREATER THAN 80% OF THE AVERAGE MEDIAN HOUSEHOLD INCOME IN THURSTON COUNTY AS SPECIFIED BY GOVERNMENT FUNDING SOURCES.FORGIVABLE GOVERNMENT LOANS WERE THE PRIMARY SOURCE OF FINANCING AT THE INITIAL PURCHASE OF THE MOBILE HOME PARK. EACH LOAN IS REFLECTED AS A LONG-TERM LIABILITY UNTIL THE ASSOCIATION HAS MET THE LOW-INCOME RESTRICTIONS FOR A SPECIFIED PERIOD OF YEARS.
