THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH NORTHWEST ALLIANCE FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IS ORGANIZED IS TO DEVELOP A MULTI-HOSPITAL HEALTH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY NETWORK TO ASSIST AND ENHANCE THE PROVISION OF PATIENT CARE AND ANY OTHER PURPOSES ALLOWED UNDER N.D.C.C. CHAPTER 10-33 OR ITS SUCCESSOR. THE CORPORATION WILL OPERATE WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 OR THE CORRESPONDING PROVISION OF ANY FUTURE UNITED STATES REVENUE LAW.
